Surviving family include Destiny’s son, Phoenix Ray Bretz; her parents, Gwendolyn Thurman Cary and Kris Bretz; her grandmother, Cheryl Richter; several brothers and sisters in both Missouri and Indiana. She is also survived by aunts and uncles.
Destiny enjoyed music and art. She was very free-spirited, smart, funny, and will be missed dearly by all that knew her.
Destiny gave the gift of life to multiple people by being an organ donor. Her legacy will continue through others.
There will be no memorial service.
