

Dianne was a 1964 graduate of North Highschool and Tri-State beauty college. As a child she attended Keck Avenue Baptist church, which was founded by her parents, where she later married her husband. She is currently a long-time member of Bethlehem United Church of Christ. Dianne had owned and operated Tangles Salon during her career.
Throughout the years, Dianne volunteered at Gilda's House as well as other various organizations. Dianne enjoyed her family, traveling, music, and a good glass of wine. She was an avid Otters Mom, donating room and board to team players, for several years. She attended games frequently and had her own seat reserved. Some former players are still in contact with her.
Dianne is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Bromm, brother Ed Hickey, and daughter-in-law, Kim Bromm.
She is survived by her son, Scott Bromm; daughter Traci Bromm; grandchildren Austin Bromm, Luke Wahnsiedler (Megan) and Hannah Wahnsiedler; brother Ronald (Bobbie) Hickey; cousins, nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 2, 2026 at Alexander North Chapel where a celebration service will be held at 6:00 p.m.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 3, 2026 at Bethlehem UCC, 4600 Oak Hill Rd., officiated by Rev. Emily Slade. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Friends may visit from 9:00 a.m. until service time on Friday at the church.
Dianne's family would like to express a special thank you to her friends who helped her through her journey.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorial contributions may be made to Deaconess Hospice, Methodist Home for Children or the Evansville Rescue Mission.
