Dianne Marie (Chaddock) Middendorf passed away at home on March 20, 2012. She was born on March 20, 1958, in Indianapolis to Jack & Joanne Chaddock. She attended Harper Grade School where she was a cheerleader.
After graduation from Harrison High School she moved to San Francisco, CA where she worked as an agent for Avis at the San Francisco Airport. She later moved back to Evansville where she worked for the Evansville Police Department.
Always a cheerleader at heart, she loved attending her daughters’ school and sports activities until Fibromyalgia forced her to retire from work and curtail most of her activities.
Dianne is survived by her two daughters, Lacey Chaddock and Hannah Chaddock; sister, Pamela Doerter; brother, John Chaddock; nieces and nephews.
A casual memorial service and celebration of her life will be held Saturday, May 5, 2012, at 1:00 PM at Eastminster Presbyterian Church, 5501 Washington Avenue, Evansville, followed by a time for visiting with family and friends.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the Chaddock-Middendorf Memorial Fund, c/o Heritage Federal Credit Union, PO box 189, Newburgh, IN 47629-0189.
