Donald Wayne Jennings, 78, of Evansville, passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2017, at Oasis Dementia Care. He was born March 9, 1938, in Madisonville, KY to the late Samuel Calhoun and Juanita (Lamb) Jennings.
He graduated from Reitz High School in 1956 then attended U of E. Donald retired from Guardian Automotive as a plant engineer, and formerly worked for Ball Plastics. He was an avid golfer and a member of Church of the Cross. He was also a lifetime member of the West Side Nut Club.
Donald was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara L. Jennings; and his parents.
He is survived by his children, Dana Jennings Jones, Jeffrey (April) Jennings and Lisa (Terry) Jennings Kneer; grandchildren, Erin Gerbing, Lara Jones, Alison Jones, Tiffany Meinschein, Crystal Jennings, Ryan Jennings, Jessica Kneer and Tyler Kneer; and several great-grandchildren.
Private funeral services will be held.
