

Dr. Windmiller had a dental practice for over 40 years in Huntingburg, IN Don was a WWII P-51 fighter pilot serving in the Army Air Corp. He met the love of his life, Isabella (Gordon) Windmiller while stationed in England. He attended the United Church of Christ in Huntingburg. He loved gardening and fishing. He was a member of the Gideon’s; St. Andrew Society of Evansville; VFW; American Legion; and Kiwanis. Don was liked by all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, Isabella (Gordon); brother, Dr. Eugene Windmiller; and infant brother.
Dr. Windmiller is survived by son, Don S. Windmiller (Molly), Evansville; sisters, Marguerite Johnson, Columbia, MO. and Katherine Sprout (Dean), Indianapolis, IN; nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at Pleasant Hill, IL at a later date.
