Donna is survived by her daughter, Crystal Dunn; sons, Brandon Folz and Jason Hayes; father, Jerry Blackwell; grandchildren, Abbie and Zack Statler, Destiny and K’lyn Folz, and Gabe Keller; sisters, Sheila Kempf and Janice Stone.
Services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday, December 11, 2012, at Alexander West Chapel, officiated by Pastor Dale Culbertson. Friends may visit Tuesday from 11:00 to 1:00 PM at the funeral home.
