

She attended Pentecostal House of Prayer and Pentecostal Prayer Center. Dorotha loved to bake cakes and cake decorating for wedding and birthday cakes. It was her pride, passion and happiness.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James Robert Duff, Sr. and Mildred Lorraine Welborn; husband, James W. Blackburn, Sr.; and sister, Ruth Ann Duff.
Dorotha is survived by sons, Tom (Melissa) Martin, Dr. James Blackburn (Jennifer); daughter, Roxanna Nickens; grandchildren, Krystal, Rebekah, Jason, Joshua, Robert, Trey, Annie and Abby; great-grandchildren, Avery, Thomas, James, Isis, Dottie (Little Dot), Matthew; sisters, Erma Marie Houchin, Diana Kaye Welborn; brother, Rev. James R.(Bob) Duff (Peggy); and aunt, Dorotha Noffsinger.

Services will be 1:00PM, Thursday, January 9, 2014, at Alexander North Chapel officiated by Rev. James R. (Bob) Duff with burial in Locust Hill Cemetery. Friends may visit Wednesday, January 8, 2014 from 2:00PM until 8:00PM and Thursday from noon until service time at the funeral home.
