Dorothy "Dottie" J. Reising

Dorothy J. “Dottie” Reising, 87, of Evansville, IN passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 3, 2021. She was born on December 29, 1933 in Wayne, Michigan to the late George and Mary Sapp. Dottie, along with her husband, Bill, founded Bill’s Plumbing Service in 1960, which is currently in its third generation. Dottie was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Reising of 67 years, and brother, Donald Sapp. She is survived by her sons, Kimron Reising (Jenny), Kirk D. Reising (Krista); daughter, Marla Steinback (Randy); grandchildren, Gabrial, Alex, Abe, Audrey, Chad, Justin and Amanda; 10 great grandchildren and one on the way. Dottie’s family extends a special thank you to the staff at Deaconess ICU, Unit 4500 and Linda E White Hospice. The family would also like to extend a very special thank you to the Holiday Village staff and management for their compassionate care and support for Mom’s independent lifestyle.
