Emma Delores Decker

She was a 1946 graduate of Reitz High School. Delores worked in accounts receivables. Her hobbies included bowling, quilting and crafts. Delores enjoyed traveling with family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years Russell Decker; parents, Raymond Sr. and Oleafa Bates; brother, Ray Bates Jr.

Emma is survived by her daughter, Donna Decker of Evansville; son, Roger Decker (Sheree Watson) of Mt. Vernon, IN; sister, Virginia “Gin” Wyatt of Evansville; brother, John Bates of Fairview, TN; grandchildren, Roswitha Smith of New Albany, IN, Brandon Decker (Laura) and Eric Decker Sr. (Jessica Smith) of Evansville; great grandchildren, Alannah, Zeke, Kaedon, Rowan, Noah, and Eric Jr.; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 31, 2020 at Alexander West Chapel with burial to follow in Alexander Memorial Park. Friends may visit 3-7 p.m. Thursday, January 30, 2020 at the funeral home and Friday 10:00 a.m. until service time.
