Eugene Kemp

He is preceded in death by his mother, Betty (Cole) Kemp.

Eugene is survived by his son, Eugene Kemp, Jr. (Jennifer); daughter, Wendy Hildebrandt (Kevin); father, Morgan Kemp; grandchildren, Brandon Kemp, Ashlynn Johnson, and the joy of his life, Paige Hildebrandt; sisters, Brenda Foster, Teresa Merritt (Ed), and Pam Meyer (Rick); and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Buster was a true hero to his family. He taught his family that life isn’t about what you have; life is about who you have. Fancy cars and big homes never meant anything to Buster as long as he had the love from his family surrounding him. Buster was a role model and fatherly figure to so many. He loved teaching the kids within his family what he did best, how to hunt and fish.

Services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, February 22, 2013 at Alexander North Chapel, officiated by Pastor Bob Rodgers with burial at Locust Hill Cemetery. Friends may visit Thursday from 2:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home and Friday from 10:00 AM until service time.
