Evelyn Ellen Peerman Crane

She enjoyed oil painting, sewing, gardening and woodworking. She was a member of Memorial Baptist Church.

Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Crane.

She is survived by her daughters, Brenda (Howard) Penick of Evansville, Karen (Michael) Augustine of Louisville, KY, and Barbara (Ed) Hodges of Evansville; grandchildren, Stephanie Farris, Samuel Silvano, Kyle Penick, Sara Johnson, Salvatore Silvano, Steven Silvano and Joseph Augustine; great-grandchildren, Alex, Steven, Cecilia and Sal; brother, Laverne Peerman of Evansville; and sister, Janie Douthitt of Poseyville.

Services will be 1:00 PM Saturday, April 17, 2010, at Alexander West Chapel, officiated by Rev. Ferd Elfreich with burial in Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery. Friends may visit Friday from 3:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
