

Everett served in the Army in Germany during the Korean War.
He was a masonry contractor and his talent can be seen all over the tri-state. He laid brick for 60 years. The family built five houses in their own subdivision. Everett enjoyed blueprint drawing, television repair, photography. He was interested in nutrition and studied CRA (contact reflex analysis) muscle testing.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Francis Funk; and brothers, Lloyd Watson and Fred “Doc” Watson.
Everett is survived by his wife of 57 years, Dolores (Norman) Watson; daughters, Pat and (Tom Hartweck) of Evansville and Rhonda Riecken (Gary) of Elberfeld; son, Lee Everett Watson (Tracy) of Evansville; grandchildren, Angela, Jennifer, Mindy, Mickey, Michael, and Matthew; eight great-grandchildren; sisters, Buelah “Tooter” Baize of Maud, OK and Eva Elder of Evansville; and his dog and constant companion, Toby.
There will be no viewing or visitation. A memorial service will be held at 3:30 PM on Saturday, December 18, 2010, at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 610 Eickhoff Road.
Memorial contributions may be made to The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses or the Vanderburgh Humane Society.
