Florence E. Ostlund, 99, of Evansville, passed away Tuesday, August 6, 2013, at Golden LivingCenter Woodlands. She was born July 20, 1914, in Poole, KY to the late Charles and Florence (Bridwell) Crowley.
She was of the Christian faith and part of a non-denominational church.
Florence was preceded in death by her first husband, Joseph A. Beach, in 1958; second husband, Phillip Ostlund, in 1990; and son, Joseph A. Beach III, in 2011.
She is survived by her granddaughters, Kasey Brovald of Alaska and Tammy Clemens of Florida; grandson, Joe Beach IV of Puyallup, WA; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be 1:00 PM Friday, August 9, 2013, at Alexander East Chapel, with burial in Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may visit Friday from 11:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.
