Frances Chandler

She was a member of Harwood Baptist Church and Order of the Eastern Star. Frances enjoyed gardening, crocheting and cooking & baking for family dinners.

She was preceded in death by husband, Boyd T. Chandler; parents, Clifton & Grace Sherer Hughes; sisters, Cleta Warren, Doris Gibbs, Lois Lane, Eva Cole, and Ava Hughes.

Frances is survived by sons, Gary L. Chandler (Carol), Evansville, Michael W. Chandler (Cindy), Evansville; stepson, David Chandler (Lois), Lynnville, IN; sister, Rita Tompkins, Indianapolis; grandchildren, Mark A. Chandler (Renee), Evansville, Katherine M. Chandler, Evansville; great-grandchildren, Andrew and Mallory Chandler.

The family would like to thank the staff of Heritage Center and Heritage Hospice for their wonderful care of Frances.

Services will be 10:00 AM, Friday, December 14, 2012 at Alexander West Chapel officiated by Rev. Karl Crowe, with burial at Locust Hill Cemetery. Friends may visit, Thursday, December 13, 2012 from 2:00PM until 8:00PM at the funeral home.
