Frank was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce L. Lutz in 2013, and son, Frank G. Lutz III in 2004.
He was a U.S. Army Veteran serving during World War II. He owned and operated Lutz Trim Shop in Evansville for many years.
Frank is survived by his daughter, Debra Beebe, of Stafford, VA; daughter, Tamma Phillips, of Oldsmar, FL; grandchildren, Jessica Lutz, Dawn Hanny, and Eric & Scott Beebe; great grandchildren, Ethan, Brayden, & Alexandra Hanny, Justice Perry, and Caleb & Allyson Beebe.
Visitation will be held 11:00am to 1:00pm, Friday, April 6, 2018, at Alexander East Chapel. Graveside Services will be held 1:30pm at Park Lawn Cemetery with military rites.
