

Frederick Michael Frisse III, 90, of Evansville, passed away Thursday, December 8, 2016, at his home. He was born January 1, 1926, in Evansville, to the late Frederick Michael and Amalia (Fares) Frisse II.
He was a 1944 graduate of Bosse High School, graduate of Elkhart University with a degree in Dental Technology, and was a WWII Veteran, serving in Germany and France. Fred enjoyed working and making teeth in the Frisse Dental Laboratory, which he founded in 1953. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and was a 60 year member of the Izaak Walton League. His most treasured time was spent with his wife, family, and friends and their time at Lake Malone.
Fred was preceded in death by his wife, Martha Day Frisse; parents; and sisters, Margerybeth Spencer and Katheleen Calhoun Atkin.
He is survived by his sons, Frederick Michael Frisse IV, and his wife, Melissa, and Edward Henry Frisse, and his wife, Susan; grandchildren, Frederick Michael Frisse V, Benton Cartwright Frisse, and Lauren Elizabeth Frisse; and great-grandchild, Jaxon.
Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Monday, December 12, 2016, at Alexander East Chapel, with burial in Park Lawn Cemetery. Friends may visit Sunday from 3:00 to 7:00 PM and Monday from 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.
