Gary Allen Whitledge 73, of Evansville, IN., passed away on Tuesday October 19, 2021 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital. Gary was born May 25, 1948 to the late Kenneth R. and Daretha J. Whitledge in Evansville Indiana
Gary graduated from Harrison High School class of 1966. He graduated from University of Evansville with a degree in electrical engineering and obtained a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois.
Gary retired from Cisco Corporation in Duleth, Georgia in 2013. He enjoyed reading and solving math problems.
Survivors include his brother David (Mary) Whitledge, a nephew Adam Whitledge, and four great nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at Alexander East Chapel with Rev. Andy Payton officiating. Friends may visit on Tuesday following the service until 3:00 p.m. Burial will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery at a later date.
