

Glenna was born on 1 March 1949 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at St. Anthony’s Hospital. She grew up in Anadarko and Norman, Oklahoma. Glenna graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1995 studying Social Work with a Master’s of Science Degree. She worked for Community Action Program - Evansville (CAPE) for over 10 years. She was also an active volunteer for the Foster Grandparents Program of Evansville for over 8 years.
Glenna was preceded in death by her parents Lucille Cornelia Oney and Leo Glenn McNeill, Sr.
She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Steven Richard Leach and sons James Scott Frampton and Bradley Richard Leach. Scott’s wife is Elizabeth Pauline (Polly) and their children are James Nicholas, Natalie Ann, William Sandford, and Richard Thaddeus. Glenna is also survived by her brother’s son, Leo Glenn McNeill III and his wife, Jordan Ashley.
Glenna had a deep love for spending time with her family, reading, and gardening. The family would like to thank the wonderful support provided by Ascension St. Vincent Hospital and Heart-to-Heart Hospice services, both of Evansville, Indiana, for the care and compassion they showed our loved one in her final days.
All friends and family are invited to attend funeral services at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 23, 2023 at Saint Paul’s Episcopal Church, Evansville, Indiana. Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. until service time on Friday at the church. Interment will follow in the columbarium within the sanctuary of St. Paul's Episcopal Church
