She was a wonderful homemaker who cared deeply about her family. Goldie also worked for Whirlpool. She really enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with her family, especially her grandkids. Goldie and her husband made their home on Hogue Road. She also volunteered for a hospice agency where she would spend time with the elderly.
Goldie was preceded in death by her children, Kathyrn Marie Diaz and "Joey" Ramon Diaz; husbands, Bill "William" Brooks and Ramon Thomas Diaz; parents; two sisters; and three brothers.
She is survived by her brother, Theodore "Teddy" Browning; grandchildren, Isabel Diaz and Cristian Diaz; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Per Goldie's wishes, no services will be held. She will be laid to rest in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery Mausoleum.
