

Goldie C. Fulton, 92, of Evansville, passed away Tuesday, July 12, 2016, at Deaconess Main Campus. She was born August 4, 1923, in Evansville, IN to the late Charles Ungetheim and Lizette (Rodenberg) Ungetheim Silkey.
She enjoyed spending time with family, especially her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great, great-grandchildren. She was an avid bowler. Goldie also enjoyed planting flowers, gardening, and spending time in Florida. As a volunteer with the American Red Cross, she touched many lives. She attended Reitz High School and was a lifelong member of Zoar UCC.
Goldie was preceded in death by her husband, Richard N. Fulton; parents; brothers, Chas and Harris B. Ungetheim; sisters, Jeanette Dimmett and Deloris Schweikhart; son, Ronald J. Fulton; and great-grandson, Derick Palmer.
She is survived by her daughter, Norma (Darrell) Palmer; daughter-in-law, Alma Fulton; grandchildren, Gwen (Jeff) Godsey, Dirk (Evangeline) Palmer, Chaunce (Rose) Fulton and Richard Fulton; great-grandchildren, Zachary, Christopher and Lauren Godsey, Alexis and Michaela Palmer, and Macy and Jax Fulton; great, great-grandchildren, Evelyn and Brayton Godsey; cousin, Hyacinth Hagenseiker; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, July 16, at Alexander West Chapel, with burial in Alexander Memorial Park. Friends may visit Friday from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Saturday from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the funeral home.
