Gracie Faith Smith, of Evansville, passed away Monday, January 31, 2011 at The Women’s Hospital.
She is survived by her parents, Kenneth W. and Billie Jo Smith; sister, Sydnie Smith; grandparents, James and Tammie Coomes, Casey Roberts and Allen Smith; great-grandparents, Carl and Janice Dunn and Millie Jenkins.
