He is a US Army Veteran receiving the National Defense Service Medal.
Harold is preceded in death by his sisters, Antonia Fisher, and Martharee Mays.
He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Patricia Fisher; children, Monica Roach (Anthony), Tony VanLeer (Charmin), Angela Turner (Branden), Joshua Fisher (Kathryna); grandchildren, Christian, Antonia, and Mykayla Roach, Logan Vanleer, Brandice and Brianna Turner, Alyssa, Joshy Jr., and Karelyn Fisher; and brother, Andrew Fisher (Brenda).
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, January 13, 2018, at Line Street Church of Christ, 756 Line St., officiated by Brother Geno Merriweather, with burial to follow in Sunset Memorial Park. Visitation will be at the church from 6 to 8 PM Friday, January 12, 2018, and 9 to 11 AM Saturday, January 13, 2018.
