Hank was a 1951 graduate of Reitz High School. He was a Korean War veteran, who served in the Navy four years on the USS Valley Forge. He retired from Alcoa in 1993 after 29 years. During that time he served for two terms as Business Agent for Aluminum, Brick and Glass Workers Local 104. He was a life member of VFW 114, Eagles, Owls, Riverbend, Kennel Club, and the American Legion.
Haskell is preceded in death by his parents; sister and brother-in-law, Georgenia and Bud Rogers; sister-in-law Joyce Koester; and infant great-granddaughter, Katie Risinger.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Gloria Voyles; son Rick (Lori) Voyles; grandchildren, Ashley (Steve) Risinger, Cody and Jacob Voyles; nieces, Lisa (Tom) Huck, Carol (Steve) Busby, Julie (Mike) Rexing, and Rhonda (Mike) Holder; and brother-in-law, Al Koester.
Funeral Services will be 10:00 AM Saturday, May 23, 2015, at Alexander Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may visit Friday 3:00 to 7:00 PM at Alexander East Chapel.
