Helen H. Bridwell

She received her teaching degree from Indiana University and worked at Merchants Bank in Indianapolis. She was a lifelong member of North United Methodist Church in Indianapolis and a member of Methodist Temple in Evansville.

Helen was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Robert Vern Bridwell, in October 2007.

She is survived by her daughter, Barbara Delker (John) of Rockport, IN; son, Bill Bridwell of Edgartown, MA; grandchild, Lauren Delker; brother-in-law, Norman Bridwell; sister-in-law, Norma Bridwell; niece and nephew, Emily Bridwell Merz and Tim Bridwell (Tsuyu); and great nieces and nephew, Alissa Bridwell Merz, Tatsuo and Koto Bridwell.

Services will be held at a later date in Indianapolis, IN. Friends may visit Sunday, January 9, 2011 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at Alexander East Chapel.
