

He was a Knight Township farmer all of his life and a member of Lessing Masonic Lodge for 66 years. He and his wife loved to travel and had visited 48 states, including Alaska.
Ivan was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Flossie.
He is survived by his son, Donald (Joyce) Wathen of Evansville; daughter, Micki (Ivan) Kuehn of Rockport, IN; grandchildren, Pam Schlachter, Dennis (Pam) Wathen, Chris (Jane) Wathen, Kelly (Bob) Douglas, David (Alan) Kuehn, Jenni (Jeff) Foreman, Dan (Kim) Seeber, Debbie (Kelly) Guess, Jeff (Terri) Seeber; 20 great-grandchildren; 12 great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be 1:00 PM Thursday, December 23, 2010, at Alexander East Chapel, officiated by Rev. Phil Hoy with burial in Park Lawn Cemetery. Friends may visit Wednesday from 2:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
The family would like to give special thanks to all of the nurses and caregivers at Newburgh Health Care for all of the love and care that was given to their dad.
