Jacey Lynn Goff, Infant, died Sunday, December 2, 2012, at SMMC in Evansville, IN.
She is survived by mother, Sunny Goff; brother, Kyran Goff; grandparents, Amy & Jeff Spieker; and uncles, Tommy and Andrew Goff.
Services will be 1:00PM, Friday December 7, 2012, at Alexander West Chapel, officiated by Rev. Art Christmas, followed by burial at Alexander Memorial Park Cemetery. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
