Her involvement included serving meals for the homeless, Restore Outreach Ministry, Pop Up Ministry and assisted with The Gathering's Fall Festival booth each year.
Outside of her church activities, Janice was a member of The FGBM Association of which she served meals for their monthly meetings along with their community cookouts. She enjoyed caring for her garden, making sweets to share such as her infamous chess pie and dreamsicle fudge, spending time with her family and friends, and loved herself some Dallas Cowboys.
