Janice went to elementary school at St. John's (where she first met the love of her life, Norman) when it was just a one room schoolhouse and graduated from high school at Reitz Memorial class of 1958. They married on June 28, 1958 right after she graduated high school. They enjoyed bowling and golfing together embracing the sport with enthusiasm, relishing the time spent together. Janice's adventurous spirit led her to cherish her travels including the Smoky Mountains and family road trips, finding solace and beauty in nature. Janice also dedicated over 40 years of her life as a school bus driver for Warrick County Schools, from 1977 to 2020. During that time she was a Safety Advisor using Buster the School Bus to educate kids in Warrick County on school bus safety. She was known for her creative flair, especially during the fall and Christmas seasons, when she transformed her home into a festive wonderland. Despite her stubbornness and determined nature to always get her way, she was also deeply rooted in her faith, finding strength and comfort in it. Her greatest joys were her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, whom she loved beyond measure. Janice cherished spending time with them, whether playing games, hosting tea parties, or simply showering them with affection.

Titzer; children, Nick Titzer, Cathy (James) Heckman; Julie (Mike) Berendsen, Jeff (Amy) Titzer; grandchildren, Amanda (Ross) Sutton, Ashley (Daniel) Draper, Christopher Hughes, Sarah Berendsen, Andrew (Katie) Berendsen, Jacob Titzer and Ethan Titzer; great grandchildren, Callie Sutton, Mia Draper; bonus great grandchildren, Maddax Draper and Bradyn Draper; sisters, Patty (Don) Hudson, Judy (Mike) Titzer and Thelma (Mike) Whoberry; brother-in-law, Larry Ray Titzer; and many nieces and nephews.
