Jason Cory Smith

He was a 2005 graduate of Bosse High School. Jason loved riding his motorcycle, Cardinals baseball, Steelers football, Tony Stewart, NASCAR, dirt track racing, model cars, and BMX. He loved spending time with his family and friends and adored his nieces and nephew. Jason was in the National Guard and served a tour in Iraq in 2008.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Sandra Harris and grandfather, Don Brantley, I.

Jason is survived by his parents, Harry & Kelly Smith; fiancé, Sarah Heineman; brothers, Ray Smith, Timothy Smith (Joanna Weatherford); sister, Kia Smith; nephew, Logan Smith; nieces, Emily Klauss, Majestica Weatherford; grandfather, Pat Harris; uncles, Don Brantley, II (Hana), Kevin Brantley; aunt, Robin Hernandez (Troy); several cousins, great aunts and uncles.

Services will be 11:00AM, Tuesday, June 19, 2012, at Alexander West Chapel, officiated by Rev. Brett Doninger, with burial in Park Lawn Cemetery. Friends may visit Monday, June 18, 2012 from 4:00PM until 8:00PM and Tuesday from 10:00AM until service time at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to Jason Cory Smith or Sarah Heineman at any Old National Bank in Evansville to assist with funeral expenses.
