I am sorry to hear of Jasper's passing. Jasper was a tremendous help to me, when I was hired as Security Director at USI. Our EPD careers over-lapped, but I really got to know and respect him at USI. He was liked and respected by his fellow officers and members of the campus community. His professionalism and kindness to all, was a tremendous asset to our department. He will be missed.
