Jermaine L. Finger

Jermaine worked in customer service at AT&T and various places as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). He had also worked as a tax preparer. He coached several football teams such as the Enforcers and Rage in Evansville, Louisville Rough Riders, Central Cubs, and Bosse High School on the defensive special team. He also was involved with the Boom Squad. He loved football and music. Jermaine loved to help and support youth by coaching and mentoring.

He was preceded in death by his father, George Finger.

Jermaine was survived by his wife, Kristie (Jones) Finger; mother, Mary “Wyatt” Johnson; grandparents, Fred Howard Finger, Merrel Deloris, Lucille Wyatt and Charles B. Wyatt; children, Lavonte Jones and Ni'Ya March; grandchildren, Alijah Cantrell and Karter Burris; siblings, Hollie Finger, Heather (Jorelle) Carson, Lillian Harris, Lucien Harris (Tafoya); William Hutchins, Jr. and Dee Harris; God parents, Wilma J. Talley and Keith K. Carpenter; and sisters-in-law, Kendra Jones-Rias (Alton) and Andrea Jones; and nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 26, 2023 at Alexander East Chapel. Friends and family may visit on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
