Josh was a proud member of the IUOE Local 181 since 2014, where he worked as a certified crane operator. He was passionate about his work and loved what he did.
Josh loved spending time with his girls. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and being outdoors. He spent most of his time fixing things and tinkering with projects. Josh would help anyone, giving the shirt off his back to a friend in need. His favorite pastime was going to Rural King and hanging out with the "65 Boys". Josh hated large crowds and big gatherings. He never arrived on time and couldn't wait to leave. He ran on his own schedule.
He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Nancy Shivley.
Josh is survived by his daughters, Ella Rose and Gracie Ann Owens; fiance, Ashley Weber; father, Gregory Owens; mother, Candy Wildt; step-father, Larry Wildt; sisters, Tori Owens (Matthew) and Madison Stutsman (Michael); niece, Ava Krohn; nephew, Gunner Krohn; grandparents, Cindy and Bob Wolf, Danny and Marilyn Cain, and Dennis and Denise Owens; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Family and friends are invited to gather for a Visitation on Sunday, June 12th from from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 at Alexander West Chapel and again on Monday, June 13th from 10:00 a.m. until service time at 11:00 a.m. with a private burial at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made out to the family, to contribute to his two girl's education.
