Keith D. Bullard, 57, of Evansville, passed away Tuesday, August 16, 2016, at Deaconess Hospital. He was born November 4, 1958, in Evansville, IN to the late William E. and Norma J. (McGrew) Bullard.
He was preceded in death by his nephew, Derek; and parents.
Keith is survived by his siblings, Lynda (John) Schneider, William Bullard, Jr., Karen (David) Lottes and Dawn Weilbrenner; and nieces and nephews, John III, Cody, Wendy, Katie, Kari, Kelsey, Nichole, Andrew, Jeffrey, Whitney and Jade.
Per Keith’s wishes, no funeral services will be held.
