Keith graduated from Bosse High School in 1973. He worked for the Water Department and later for the City of Evansville as a draftsman in the City Engineering Department where he retired in in 2015. Keith was an avid bowler and bowled five days a week and twice on Thursdays. He bowled 18 games with the score of 300. Keith was an avid fan of the Atlanta Braves and Dallas Cowboys. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and going to World of Outlaws races. He was a regular fixture of River City Recreation and Franklin Lanes. Keith was a member of the Evansville Athletic Club.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Regina Martin; wife, Sandra Martin; and sister, Rebecca Windell.
Keith is survived by his daughter, Stephanie (Chris)Turpin; son, Nicholas Martin; sister, Cheryl (Donald) Braden; grandchildren, Christopher (Ashley) Turpin, Anna (Hayden) Palmer, John Martin Turpin, Sophia Turpin and Lydia Turpin; best friend, Cindy Zeller; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and longtime bowling buddies.
Family and friends may visit on Sunday, August 30, 2026 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. with service following at 4:00 p.m. at Alexander East Chapel, 2115 Lincoln Avenue. Pastor Chris Turpin will officiate. A burial will take place on Monday, August 31, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at Park Lawn Cemetery.
