

Kelly was a devoted homemaker and member of Redeemer Lutheran Church. She loved the outdoors and spent her time camping, kayaking and relaxing in the hot tub. Kelly delighted in crocheting, spending time with her dogs, and cheering on her favorite local teams, the Otters and Thunderbolts. She enjoyed moments with friends and family, especially going on vacation with those she loved. Kelly enjoyed watching movies and found joy in her favorite TV shows, Friends and Roseanne. She was always the favorite aunt and adored spending time with her nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Austin McClarney; grandmother, Minnie Mae McClarney; brother, Jimmy Sweeney; and uncle, Jim McClarney (Linda).
Kelly is survived by her beloved husband of 40 years, Lance Krietemeyer; daughter, Ashley Krietemeyer; son, Andrew Oliver; father, Don Sweeney (Norma); mother, Peggy Orth; uncles, Kenny and Mike McClarney; sisters, Wendy Oliver, Tami Miller (Dennis), Libby Fulton (Dan) and Costa Debose (John); along with several nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 3, 2025 at Alexander Funeral Home East Chapel, 2115 Lincoln Ave., Evansville, IN 47714 with Rev. Dr. Thomas Wenig officiating. Friends and family may visit from 11:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Burial will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery.
