Kelly Rose Cox (Kennedy) Burns, 50, of Evansville, passed away Saturday, July 9, 2016, at Deaconess VNA Plus Charlier Hospice. She was born November 3, 1965, in Evansville, IN, to Samuel and Cathryn (Fink) Kennedy.
She graduated from Central High School and was employed at Uniseal Corporation in Evansville, IN, and Jegs Warehouse in Delaware, OH.
Kelly is survived by her husband, Brian Burns; mother, Cathryn Kennedy; fur babies, Kodi, Loki and Quinn; children, Jessi Kennedy and Austin Cox; step-children, Tai Burns, Lyndia Draper, John and Robert Cox; four step-grandchildren; brothers, Doug (Patty), David, Joe (Jennifer) and Michael (Joyce) Kennedy; aunt, Bonnie Kennedy; 12 first cousins; and many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held 5:00 PM Tuesday, July 12, 2016, at North Park Wesleyan Church, 3360 N. First Ave., Evansville, IN 47710, with a pitch in dinner to follow.
