He served in the US Air Force. Kenny retired from Shane Uniform after a career in the garment industry. After retirement he worked at Auto Wheel and Rim for several years. Kenny was an avid bowler and a member of the Greater Evansville USBC. He was also a member of American Legion. He had a great sense of humor and was known for his jokes. Kenny was very proud of his family.
Kenny was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, John Walker.
He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth (Wood) Walker; children, Ross Walker, Kathryn James, Jeanne Worley, David Worley, and Susan Cassidy; grandchildren, Austin Walker, William Walker, Brooklynn James, Samantha Fuchs, and Sarah Cassidy; great grandchildren, Holden Bietler and Claire Fuchs; brothers, Thomas Walker, Terry Walker, Jerry McCormick, and Terry McCormick; sister, Sharon Upton; niece, Sandra Crothers; as well as several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday May 6, 2022 at Alexander North Chapel, officiated by Pastor Kent Coleman, with entombment at Alexander Memorial Park. Friends and family may visit from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Thursday May 5, 2022 at the funeral home.
