Obituary of Kerry Ray Keck
Kerry R. Keck, 58, of Evansville, IN, passed away on Thursday, February 6, 2020 at St. Vincent Hospital, surrounded by his family. He was born in Evansville, IN on July 27, 1961 to Donald and Alice Keck. Kerry was a life-long member at Trinity Lutheran Church. He was a member of AMA – American Motorcycle Association. He enjoyed riding dirt bikes, fishing, hunting, wood-working and carpentry. Kerry worked for Don Keck Construction, the family business, for all of his life. His life revolved around his children for whom he had a special love. Kerry was preceded in death by his nephew, Ben Moers; and cousin, Brad Day. He is survived by his wife, Lisa Keck; son, Donald Easton Keck; daughter, Jessie Keck; beloved beagle, Daisy; parents, Donald and Alice Keck; sisters, Kay Haefele (Wayne) and Rhonda Moers (Jim); brother, Kenny Keck (Julie); nieces and nephews, Matthew, Alice, Anna, Jacob and Jennifer. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at Trinity Lutheran Church-Darmstadt, officiated by Pastor Stan Temme and burial to follow at Trinity Lutheran Church-Darmstadt Cemetery. Family and friends may visit on Tuesday, February 11 from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Alexander North Chapel, and, on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the church. The family wishes to extend special thanks to Dr. Bhasin and nurse Tammy for their care and kindness, and all the doctors and nurses throughout his 9 years of dialysis. The family would also like to thank Pastor Stan Temme for his continued support and kindness throughout Kerry's illness. Memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church-Darmstadt.
