Lawrence W. Beach, 84, passed away, Monday, June 17, 2013, at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, IN. He was born June 6, 1929 in Kentucky to the late Wesley & Edith Beach.

He was a veteran of the US Army during the Korean War. He was a lifelong member of the Cement Masons and operator of the AMVETS Post 84 for many years.. Lawrence owned Beach Construction Company and spent his retirement junking with his son.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Katherine Beach.

Lawrence is survived by daughters, Dawn Williams (Barry), Margrite Woods (Steve), Robin Paulin (Michael), Katie Duff (Dennis); son, Larry Beach; sister, Shirley Smith; grandchildren, Joshua Schmitt, Micha Taylor, James Woods, TJ Duff, Tyler Duff, Jasone Parsons, D’Arcei O’Leary, Elie Duff; great-grandchildren, Jaxe Parsons, and Silas Taylor.

Services will be 1:00PM, Sunday, June 23, 2013, at Alexander West Chapel.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Literacy Association, 3411 N. First Avenue, Evansville, IN 47710.
