Lesa V. Stewart

Lesa attended Central High School and retired from St. Mary’s Hospital after 28 years as a Unit Secretary. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to many. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed her many photo albums of her family. Lesa was a wonderful cook, and enjoyed preparing meals for her entire family. Lesa will be greatly missed by all her family and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Charles L. Burch, her mother, Vurrell F. Burch, her brother, James R. Burch and her beloved daughter, Tamara Leigh Robeson; brother-in-law, Terry Stewart; and niece, Brenda L Rodrigues.

She is survived by her son, Timothy G. Stewart (Cindy), her sister, Judie G. Kohl (Donald), her grandchildren, Grant Jacob Robeson, Drew Michael Robeson (Kimberly) and Melanie Ann Schnell (Matthew) and great grandson, Jason Matthew Schnell; son-in-law, Eric M. Robeson (Toni); nieces and nephews, James Burch (Nancy), Keith N. Burch, Kathryn West (Donald), Laura Steinkuhl (Dave) and David R. Kohl. (Lisa) and an extended list of great nieces and nephews.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation to the entire staff of Newburgh Healthcare Center for their excellent care of Lesa while she was a resident.

Private Services will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery.
