I loved my great grandmother dearly, and even though she is gone physically, I will always know how much she has touched me. From the first day I met her, to the last day I would talk to her, I knew that she cared for me. She is one of the most caring people that I have met, and it was such an honor to be able to tell my friends while I still could, that I not only had a Great grandparent, but both of them, and that they were both loving.

I am so deeply sorry for the loss of your parents. Very sweet, gentle and loving.

Brian, I was so sorry to learn of your mother's and father's deaths. I have fond memories of my days at Key Market, and I remember she and your sister shopping there...she was so sweet. You have my deepest sympathies.

So very, very sorry to the entire Pinkston family.  Lex  has wonderful memories of his grandmother in which to hold onto as do all of her family and friends.  Memorial contribution to the  Evansville Rescue Mission has been made as requested.  Even in death she serves others.  What a wonderful legacy.

Grandma words cannot express how much you are loved. Anyone that met you could see that you possessed all the fruits of the spirit love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness & self control. Your love for Jesus & your faith have always been an inspiration to me. I have so many fond memories of you. All the letters we wrote to each other. Going to visit you & how you would make cinnamon toast & chocolate milk. You would let me help you make dumplings & angel food cake with pink frosting. Always saying grace at supper & eating the vegetables from grandpas garden. Seeing you sitting in your rocking chair & often falling asleep because you always worked so hard taking care of everyone. I have been so blessed to have you & although you will be missed so much I  rejoice in knowing that you are now at home with the Lord. I look forward to the day we meet again. Mother, it is so hard to let you go. You were always there for all of us. We couldn't have had a better mother or friend. I know you prayed for all of us every day and your prayers changed lives. We will all miss you always but until we meet again I just want you to know how much you were loved.
