Ludeniah “Peach” Mae Trotter, 60, of Evansville, went to be with the Lord Saturday, May 6, 2017, at Deaconess Hospital. She was born July 8, 1956, in Evansville, to the late Denvil and Ola (Menser) Trotter.
Peach worked for the Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation for over 29 years as a secretary. She was a devout Christian with strong faith in the Lord. She spent her entire life caring for everyone she loved, including her parents, daughter, and granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Amy Michelle Gulick, and siblings, Susan Draper and John Trotter.
Peach is survived by her daughter, Emily Sumner; granddaughter, Addison Sumner; and siblings, Wayne Trotter, Deanie Bucy and Janice Barnett. She leaves behind her cherished pets, Rosie and Stewie.
Funeral services were held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, May 9, 2017, at Alexander West Chapel, officiated by Pastor John Trotter. Friends visited Tuesday from 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.
