Lyn R. Jones

Lyn spent her career in banking, working for Citizens National Bank, Permanent Federal, and Old National Bank; where she retired. She was a member of Bethlehem UCC where she participated in Sunday School Group, bereavement lunches and church lunches. Lyn enjoyed volunteering, flowers and gardening, and walking on the beach. She was also an avid St. Louis Cardinals and Evansville Aces fan. Lyn was devoted to her family; her husband and sons, and adored her grandchildren. She always attended all of their events. She will be dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and step father, Robert Cunningham.

Lyn is survived by her husband of 45 years, Wayne “Max” Jones; sons, Greg Hight (Amy), Chris Jones (Donna), Jeff Jones and Kari Sanderson Jones; grandchildren, Reagan, Davis, Charly Hight, Jordan Evans (Kenny), Conner, Ryan, Sydney, and Sadey Jones; great grandchildren, Kaylee, Carson, and Oakley Evans; brothers, Robert Cunningham (Jenny), Steven Cunningham, and David Cunningham (Janet); and sister, Julie Cunningham.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday April 15, 2023 at Bethlehem UCC, officiated by Rev. Emily Slade. Friends and family may visit from 9:00 a.m. until service time at church.
