Mae Raymond

She worked part-time for 30 years at Sandleben Pharmacy and also worked in the mail room at Ivy Tech where she worked for 37 years before retiring earlier this year. She was a member of First Pentecostal church where she had been a Sunday School teacher for over 30 years. Mae loved working with children, especially her own children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also enjoyed art and artwork.

Mae was preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, James Donald Raymond; sister, Patricia Grayson; and her parents.

She is survived by her sons, Gary D. Raymond, Jeff J. (Denise) Raymond and Bruce Raymond all of Evansville; daughter, Julie (Rick) Krietemeyer of Evansville; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; sister, Darlene Perry of Houston, TX; and several nieces and nephews.

Private funeral services will be held. Friends may visit Monday, July 28, 2014, from 3:00 to 7:00 PM at Alexander North Chapel.
