Margie attended Vann Avenue Baptist Church.
Her hobbies included painting, quilting, and sewing.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Houston King; and sister, Betty Wilkerson.
Margie is survived by her son, Dennis King, and wife Cheryl of Evansville, son, Donald King, and wife Pam of Dallas, TX; daughter, Carolyn Johnson of Evansville and daughter Janet Hilderbrandt, and husband Brad of Evansville; nine grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
Services will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, February 1, 2012, at Alexander West Chapel, with burial in Park Lawn Cemetery. Friends may visit Tuesday from 3:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
