Marie K. (Humston) Beach

Marie worked as a stenographer for Bill Schlerf, Methods Engineering, and Republic during WWII.

She was a homemaker and helped her husband who was a Pharmaceutical Representative.

Marie loved gardening, shopping, and her pets. She had many friends in her card club group.

She was a faithful member of Resurrection Catholic Church.

Marie was preceded in death by her husband, Willard Beach in September, 1997; sisters, Agatha Humston Starks and Elizabeth Humston Jordan; and brothers, Edward Leon, Gilbert, and Clifford Humston.

She is survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, September 5, 2012, at Alexander West Chapel, with entombment at Alexander Memorial Park. Friends may visit Wednesday from 11:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.

The family would like to extend special thanks to caregivers: Leslie Miller, Julie Payne, Linda Schroeder, and Barb Vaughn who took care of her at home and to the nurses and aides of the Good Samaritan, Pathways II, and Deaconess Hospital 5th Floor Unit for all their wonderful care.
