She was preceded in death by her husband Arvel Goode; sisters, Hope Sloan, Jean Summers; sister-in-law, Betty White.
Marlene is survived by her daughter, Debra White (Barry); grandchildren, Gina Salmon, Michael Salmon (Casey), and Jaclyn Burkhalter (Patrick); five great-grandchildren; one great great-grandchild; and brother-in-law, Carl White.
Marlene was a loving mother and grandmother.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at Alexander West Chapel. Friends may visit on Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
