Martha J. (Deutsch) Hill

She attended Reitz High School and was most recently a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church. Martha enjoyed cooking, gardening, needlework, and signing along with her Elvis records. Even as a shut-in, she embroidered several quilt tops for St. Agnes socials.

Martha was preceded in death by her husband, Boyd Sr.; sister, Rosemay Esche; brothers, Edgar, Wilbur, and George; and her parents.

She is survived by her son, Boyd, Jr; nieces, Lynn Griffin and Susan Leya (David); nephews, Wayne, Thomas (Jodi) and Michael (Debra) Deutsch; great-nieces, Michelle, Lacey and her daughter, Hunter; great-nephews, Noah and Adam Deutsch, Scott Griffin, David and Otto (Sherri) Klein and their son, Hunter; and friend and caregiver, Karla Solis.

A prayer service will be held 3:00 PM Saturday, May 12, 2018, at Alexander West Chapel, with burial in Alexander Memorial Park. Friends may visit Saturday from 12:00 PM until service time at the funeral home.

The family would like to thank all the staff at Park Terrace and Heritage Hospice, especially Marilyn, Red, Linda and Sonya, for their care.
