Mary was proud to have worked at Chrysler building planes to support the war effort. She was a homemaker and loved cooking, sewing, flowers, traveling, reading, and being with her family.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Charles West; three brothers; and three sisters.
Mary is survived by her daughters, Sandra Happe and Vicki (Paul) Donaldson; son, Alan (Deborah) West; six grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 12:00 PM Thursday, January 7, 2016, at Alexander West Chapel, officiated by Rev. Terry Gamblin, with burial in Sunset Memorial Park. Friends may visit Wednesday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Thursday from 11:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.
