Maude "Pat" L. Herrenbruck

Maude L. “Pat” Herrenbruck, 96, of Evansville, passed away Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at Parkview Care Center. She was born May 31, 1921 in Lynnville, IN to the late Charles and Bessie (Beard) Carnahan.

She was a member of St. Paul’s UCC-West. She was also a member of Deaconess Auxiliary, a 50 year member of Armstrong German Extension Homemakers, former leader of Willing Worker 4-H Club and AARP. Pat’s family wishes to extend a special thank you to the past and present staff of Parkview Care Center and St. Paul’s UCC for their love and care.

Pat was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Herrenbruck, and one brother and two sisters.

She is survived by daughters, Nancy (David) Schneider, Paula (Alan) Reininga. Carol Whitehead (Richard) Hitch; grandchildren, Beth Schneider (Matt) Osborne, Marc (Holly) Schneider,Heath (Jaime) Reininga, Sara Whitehead (Patrick) Donovan, Andrea Whitehead (Christopher) Lunn, and Jared (Ashley) Whitehead; great-grandchildren, Madeline, Wade, Fletcher, Atley, Madison and Joshua, and nephews Duke Rasure and Jerry Carnahan.

A Funeral Service will be 4:00PM, Sunday, September 17, 2017 at Alexander West Chapel, 2100 W. Illinois Street, officiated by Dr. Robert Koch. A brief graveside service will be 10:00AM, Monday, September 18, 2017 at Alexander Memorial Park. Friends may visit 1:00 to 4:00PM Sunday at the funeral home.
